How to Use Your Gemstone Essential Oil Roller Ball Bottle

1. To add liquid simply unscrew the cap and carefully remove the roller ball plastic stopper from the glass container
   

2. Fill with one of our essential oil blends or add your own essential oils or oil blends

3. Replace the roller ball plastic stopper and lid

4. Lightly roll the ball onto the naturally porous lava stones on our diffuser bracelets and necklaces
   

5. Only put your jewellery on when the oil is fully absorbed*

Have fun and create your own aromatherapy pulse point roll on oil by adding one of our essential oil blends and our Eve Taylor Safflower carrier oil 

How to Make Pulse Point Roll On Oil

1. Combine one of our essential oil blends or your own oil as above using the following dilutions:
   Adults add 2-4 drops to 10ml of carrier oil
   Children 1-2 drops to 10ml of carrier oil
   Babies (over 3 months) 1 drop to 10ml of carrier oil
   
   
2. Roll bottle between palms to mix
   
   
3. Roll onto wrists, temples and behind the ears and breathe in slowly
   
   
4. Use as often as required

To get your roller ball started we recommend the following ways:

• For pure essential oils - roll on a piece of kitchen roll *
  
  
• For pulse point oils diluted with a carrier oil - roll in the palm of your hand several times to allow the oil to cover the roller ball.
  
  

*We do not recommend you apply undiluted essential oils directly onto the skin.
