Orders will be sent once paid and confirmed. Once shipped your order will be marked as “on its way” so you know it will soon be with you. We aim to process orders within 48 hours of receipt or sooner (excluding bank holidays and weekends).
Please note: Royal Mail and other courier services are no longer taking a signature at delivery in order to reduce the risk of transmission at the point of delivery. They will take a Surname as proof of delivery. A delivery card or notice will be left for you to re-arrange any missed deliveries, it is your responsibility to organise re-delivery as we are unable to help with this.
We use protective parcel fillers such as bubble wrap, polystyrene peanuts and paper which are all donated from local small businesses who are joining us in reducing waste - reduce, reuse, recycle! All of our postage boxes are either donated too or are made from recycled materials. Our gift packing and tissue paper is made from recycled materials and it's fully recyclable.
