I have exciting news! Altruis Living has introduced a brand new feature every Saturday over on my Facebook Wellbeing Group called #ASKSARA.
Holistic advice service
#askSara is a free, confidential service to help you and your family to live a happier, healthier life. A holistic approach to your natural treatment needs, means we can look at both the underlying causes of any health problems and not just the symptoms you might see on the surface.
Holistic therapy can use a combination of products, treatments and simple lifestyle changes to help improve conditions or simply give you a more balanced approach to maintaining your wellbeing.
My certified training means...
Some examples of the kind of advice people find useful include:
- Matching up essential oils and blends to health or emotional symptoms.
- Lifestyle rituals to complement natural products.
- Ensuring natural products are not harmful to certain life stages e.g. pregnancy, breastfeeding.
- Ensuring natural products are not conflicting with certain medications or conditions e.g. blood pressure, eczema, asthma.
Why wellbeing is so important
If you take the time to look after yourself, even for as little as ten minutes a day, the impact on your all round positivity, productivity and stress levels can be huge. And that doesn't just benefit you, but also your ability to look out for those around you such as family and friends.
I’ve always been fascinated by the impact that day-to-day life can have on us as individuals, both internally and externally. I love helping you to finding the right products to help you, using my knowledge of the body to guide you towards lifestyle changes that may alleviate your symptoms. That's why our products don't just smell or look nice; they also have positive wellbeing benefits as well.
